Maria Krajewska is a certified Immigration Practitioner. She graduated from the Immigration Practitioner program at Seneca College (Toronto, Ontario, Canada) with High Honours.

She is a member of the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants and of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants. She holds a Master of Laws degree from Poland, and has over 17 years of experience in dealing with immigration matters in Canada.

Spousal sponsorship
(sponsoring your wife/husband or common-law partner)

Canadian citizens and permanent residents living in Canada, 18 years old or older, can sponsor their wife/husband or common-law partner. The sponsor must promise to support his/her partner for a period of three years to assist him/her in settling in Canada. You may also sponsor a spouse or common-law partner from within Canada if s/he has been living here with you. Sponsorship of a spouse or common-law partner includes his/her dependent children, whether the application is in the inside or outside of Canada stream.
